The Operations assistant manages all day-to-day activities related to the operations and delivery of HCR river trips, having impeccable organizational skills. This position works closely with all staff. This person must be a self-started, with the ability to get small jobs completed without being overseen.
The OA has several key responsibilities. One is to be good with technology. They must be good with communications, creating strong individual and team morale. The position supports the understanding our products offered, being able to answer many questions directly from customers.
Another large responsibility is being able to lift at least 50 lbs and do manual work. All work needs to be done independently, again being a self-started.
This person will be doing grocery shopping for trips.
You will also go on several river trips as a SWAMPER. This person helps set up and takes down camp. This person is an all-around amazing person. 🙂
